Everything but the Kitchen Sink

Hey everyone!

How's your week going? Mine is RAINY. Every day this week it's been raining!

Now, don't get me wrong, I like the rain. Smelling that new-earth smell...hearing the thunder rumble, seeing the lightening flashes.  I have great love of summer rain.

But not for 7 days in a row.

Sheesh.

Where's the sun? I can only take my kids to the McDonald's Playplace so many times to help them exert some energy! I'm pooped.

So, my question this week is...

Do you like the rain?

And now, time for the show!

Have fun!

  7. I wish, wish, wish we could have rain for 7 days in a row. I live in AZ and we are battling some terrible wildfires right now. However, I can totally relate to how boxed in you feel. Our outside temps are over 110 so playing in the backyard is definitely OUT! I hope you see some sunny skies soon! And by the way, thanks for hosting this fun link party!

Oh my, I don't mind a LITTLE rain...good for the farmers, good for my perennial gardens, but here in beautiful Nova Scotia, it's been raining for a MONTH...and I agree with you...I need SUN SUN SUN!!!! (Thank you so much for your kind comments on my new blog...just LOVE yours, and visit often!)

  9. I DO like the rain, Meg...IF it's a gentle rain and not a storm, and IF it doesn't last for more than a day or so. ;)

    Thanks for hosting!
