Ah, I feel so much calmer after looking at them! It's amazing what a nice vacation can do for the soul. I've come home feeling like I just went through New Year's again or something. I want to eat better, exercise more, watch less TV, be a better wife and mother....I needed a break from reality! It really helped me to gain a better perspective. I'm sure I'll need another reminder in a month or so, but for now...I'm trying to hold on to this feeling and go with the momentum.
Now, on to this week's question:
How do you rejuvenate?
Does that make sense? What do you do to get that break, that extra push to conquer your life's challenge? I need all the help I can get, so lay it on me!
