Simple Skirt

I found this easy skirt tutorial from Dana at MADE and had to try it out for my daughter. She loves it, I enjoyed making it and I think I need to make about 10 more for the summer!

I loved the super thick waist.

 And the fun bias-tape trim.
And the cute pattern of the fabric.
And the way it looks when my lovely daughter twirls...
 ...and kicks....
And simply enjoyes being a little girl in a cute and comfy skirt.

  2. Oooh, how cute! The fabric reminds me of some of the pretties by Lilly Pulitzer. I'm your next door neighbor at Metamorphosis Monday on Between Naps on the Porch, and it's very nice to meet you!

  4. Hi Meg,

I love this skirt. I was just talking to my sister last night about finding an easy pattern for a summer clothes for my daughters and reproducing it like 10 times...LOL. I love this skirt. Pair it up with different color tees from Walmart or Children's Place and voila! Instant Summer Wardrobe.
