I've been feeling under the weather this week. Not totally sick, but not totally well, either. Ever have one of those weeks? Where you just can't summon the energy to do more than get dressed and feed your kids? Yeah, that's me. I feel it lifting, though. Whatever virus is bugging me -- my body is totally going to win.
So, my family is taking an amazing trip next week. We'll be gone for 2 WEEKS! I know! I'm so excited. We're going someplace sunny and warm and beautiful and full of family and friends. You can't ask for more than that! Aren't vacations wonderful? They revive and relax you....they create wonderful memories for you and your children that last a lifetime. They are packed full of fun and new experiences that cannot be recreated. So...my question for you this week is...
Where are you going on vacation this year?
Is it foreign? Is it local? Is it someplace you go each year? Is it with extended family? With no family? With your children? I want to know!

We're going to a small theme park about 3 hours from home. The baby has never been to one (he'll only be 13 mos when we go!). It should be fun!

I am way late to check on my favourite party, but it's still a pleasure to see what everybody's up to. I'll be at the Little White House all summer as a few phases of the renovation are planned... Which means lots of before/after pictures to discover in September!
