Christmas Continued

Would you guys like to see some more of my Christmas-y stuff? Like my verbage there? Yeah, it's super late. Just finished like, a bazillion (yes, that many) loads of laundry. I'm tired but wanted to share this with you!

Our lovely mantel. My wreath is covering my family portrait....it's ok, we get to see it 11 other months out of the year. :) It's a pretty simple mantel, but we love it. I love the stockings. Each one of them were given to me by my parents after I left home. Aren't they great? I love how I got just enough for each member of my family!

My antique bicycle basket now holds our Christmas books for the kids. (Like those electrical cords back there? Yeah....sweet....)

I love nativity's. I found this one on an Etsy shop last year. I love the less-than-3-piece nativity sets. That seems to be the number I can handle without breaking any of them!

Our Santa collection (can 3 be considered a collection?). All of these were given to me by my mother. Thanks, mom!

My lovely Santa-Frosty garland. I believe I got this at an after-Christmas sale last year. Fun times.

My vintage Christmas table cloth...also purchased at an after-Christmas sale somewhere amazing. Love those sales.

And, finally, here is my $1 store hurricane jar filled with my lovely, sparkly $1 store mini-ornaments.

I would love to show you a picture of a magazine-worthy tree, but sadly, ours has ornaments all on the top 2/3 of the tree in order to save them from the hands of my little, "let's break all the ornaments" children. I'm afraid it's going to tip over at this point, but so far, so good.

G'night, folks!

  1. So cute and fun! I laughed at the wreath over the photo! I don't move much out of the way either when it comes time for Christmas! Great idea!
