New Front Door Columns

We finally got around to re-painting our front columns this weekend. They used to be white and we had to replace the wood at the bottom last year (it rotted), and we're just now re-painting. I have no excuse except winter in Minnesota lasts FOREVER.

I found the blue-gray in a sample jar in the "as-is" cart at Home Depot. It was $3. The plants are from there as well. I let my daughters pick them out, thus the pink and purple theme. I like 'em, too.

There's a little touch up that needs to be done in the corners, but I think it turned out quite nice! A little color never hurt anyone, right?

Have a wonderful Sunday!
